	February Bongusta news

Bongusta now  aggregates 33  phlogs. Two of them have no post in 2018,
other are quite  frequently  updated - for sure, there were no  better
times for gopher in this millennium than right now. 

To be able to add  SparcIPX's  phlog to the list, I had to  modify the
code a bit. That particular phlog has the URL in following format: 

gopher://sdf.org/1/users/sparcipx/phlog/February_2018 
gopher://sdf.org/1/users/sparcipx/phlog/January_2018 
gopher://sdf.org/1/users/sparcipx/phlog/November_2017 

... I'm sure, you see the pattern. 

Yes, there is "Last Updated" in the  top-level phlog menu, but I don't
like the idea of Bongusta being dependent on whether author updated or
forgot to  update such notice (and some phlogs even don't have it). 

I implemented  a mechanism for parsing phlogs with variable URLs right 
from the beginning, but until now  Bongusta could only go through maps
with year or month number in the URL. SparcIPX (obviously) has a month
name there, so Bongusta needed to learn that as well. Now it does.
